Technical Director

At Avature, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our team. As a Technical Leader, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our product, used by thousands of users every day.

• Technical Vision: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, including the complex interaction of various areas and services.
• Code Quality: Own and be responsible for your team's code quality, ensuring reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with design standards.
• Team Development: Take an active role in your team's development, collaborating with the team manager to drive growth and improvement.
• Technical Roadmap: Align your team in a vision for the set of modules, products, or applications within its scope, and plan a technical roadmap to achieve it.

• Technical Oversight: Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment.
• Tradeoff Management: Help your team navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, and maintainability.
• Code Design: Proactively plan the team's code design, ensuring that technical analysis and code reviews are performed.
• Team Coaching: Coach team members on the technical aspects of their activities.

• Mentoring Experience: You have experience mentoring and leading teams.
• Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical Expertise: You have a strong background in object-oriented programming, architecture, performance, and efficiency.
• Programming Languages: You are fluent in PHP, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python, or other programming languages.
• Operating Systems: You have working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux.
