**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develops strategic plans, including growth strategies and annual planning, to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Implements new or updated programs or large-scale projects for the function, supporting technical and operational procedures and processes.
- Provides input into functional strategy and oversight to call center metrics to ensure optimization of staff and platform.
- Leads multiple managers and/or highly specialized professional associates and participates in the hiring process of new team members.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree preferred.
- 8 or more years of Nursing or healthcare experience.
- 5 or more years of management experience.
- Possess a passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
