Job Summary:

At Psicro, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a critical role in coordinating all phases of our proposal process, ensuring a win rate of 30% and higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality strategic proposals that meet our clients' needs, working closely with global teams of subject matter experts.
  • Prepare viable RFP calendars and ensure RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely manner.
  • Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls for RFPs, driving collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Develop draft budgets in CLARITY, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to study modeling in VISIONAL, leveraging your analytical skills to drive proposal development.
  • Review clients' specifications and obtain quality feedback from various stakeholders within the company, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Work with the budgeting team to develop competitive final budgets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Prepare vendor RFPs and obtain vendor quotes, ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners.
  • Provide support for bid defense meetings, ensuring a strong and compelling proposal presentation.
