**Job Summary**
Catalent is seeking an experienced Electrical and Automation Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Buenos Aires. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the maintenance of electrical and automation systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our production plant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to develop and implement new maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and automation maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation systems.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
- Fluency in English (not required but preferred).
