Senior Program Manager Body E/E Systems Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Body E/E Systems Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction, executing company strategy, and developing efficient processes to improve departmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Align team strategy with departmental objectives and support the execution of company strategy.
- Define and acquire business opportunities aligned with strategic direction and financial planning.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects, focusing on process improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective team, customer, and supplier communication.
- Collaborate with teams in Germany to develop Body E/E systems and products.
- Lead process development to acquire required talent, manage manpower, and increase employee retention.
- Develop and implement financial planning, resource allocation, and budgeting for the team.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts within the R&D community, driving business development and process improvement.
- Initiate actions to develop managers and ensure goal achievement, promoting a positive image of the organization through process implementation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Experience in the automotive field, with exposure to multicultural environments and basic knowledge of German language preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, or Computer Applications.
- 14-17 years of overall experience in automotive product development, including people management, program management, requirements engineering, system analysis, and validation.
- Strong understanding of Body and Comfort systems, components, and user interface components and systems.
- Proven track record of developing ECUs, electronic components, and systems with high complexity.
