Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving our Agile transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of our software development projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and facilitate Scrum teams to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and ensure the team has the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality software.
- Develop and maintain Agile metrics and dashboards to track team performance and progress.
- Assist with internal and external communication to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successful Agile transformations.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
