The Job
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to join our Latin America region team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of TA Coordinators and developing comprehensive project plans for enterprise-wide systems, process, and policy implementations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans to streamline recruiting processes and support an agile environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish company and team priorities.
- Review, manage, and optimize recruiting systems, programs, and training.
- Ensure service level agreements are met across the team.
- Contribute to the strategy and plan for implementing global recruiting systems and processes.
- Monitor internal and external trends, best practices, compliance, and regulations.
The Essentials
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Operations with a focus on project management, tools, and systems.
- Experience building, revising, and delivering recruiting processes from the ground up in a rapidly growing global organization.
