To be successful as a Software Development Project Coordinator, you should have:
- Advanced English skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Experienced in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Mentoring and leadership experience/Experience managing teams.
- Analytical/troubleshooting skills/Frustration tolerance and empathy.
- Attentive, ready to solve unexpected issues, ability to prioritize.
- Project management certifications are a plus.
