About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our internal team remotely. As an integral part of our HR operations, you will play a key role in supporting talent engagement, workforce management, and ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation, ensuring a structured onboarding process.
- Administrative Processes: Track and process PTO, assist in managing invoice requests, maintain HR-related financial records, and update manuals and policies.
- Performance & Development: Support performance reviews, create growth plans, and facilitate ongoing check-ins.
- Talent Engagement & Culture: Plan team-building events, manage celebrations, and support initiatives enhancing team engagement and workplace culture.
- Recruitment & Talent Support: Coordinate with recruitment partners, track the recruitment pipeline, and provide talent experience support.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with Finance to maintain HR-related financial records.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
