Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement individualized nursing care plans, administer medications, and obtain specimens for testing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Provide ongoing patient assessments, interventions, and record progress in medical records.
- Document all nursing activities, including assessments, education, and medication administration.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment by maintaining order and supervising patient conduct.
Requirements
- Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
- BLS certification.
