Job Title: Sr. Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and qualify new business leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus.
