As our Global Chapter Lead Intelligent Workplace, you will be responsible for leading and managing a global chapter team across different locations, creating and assuming ownership of strategies and goals that are global chapter specific and aligned with business objectives. Your primary focus will be to support the evolution of Takeda's employees' digital experience suite, driving productivity and new ways of work, including the introduction of AI-driven capabilities across internal collaboration processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and pods to drive velocity and precision in the execution of the company's digital portfolio. You'll report directly to the ICC Managing Director, Mexico ICC Head, and work together with Global Chapters Leads in different locations to ensure an efficient delivery process.
