Job Description
The Technology Support I role involves working as part of the Production Management team, collaborating closely with Technology and Business partners to ensure timely analysis and resolution of daily issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for trade processing, risk, and market data issues
- Maintain global relationships with various other support teams as well as business users
- Escalate critical production environment incidents and identify patterns of recurring incidents to improve service capabilities
- Develop and utilize core tools and processes to perform daily functions while improving day-to-day practices for the global production management group
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or related field
- Strong understanding of PL/SQL, SQL, and database concepts
- Experience with DevOps culture and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
