This Import / Export Specialist role is responsible for managing the import license process, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Follow-up on SIMIs and LNA licenses, ensuring timely approval and closure of processes.">
  • Monitor the status of blocks in the system related to SIMIs and LNAs, and proceed according to internal processes to avoid delays.">
  • Operational and documentary monitoring of imports, including prices, quantities, origins, HS codes, and other relevant information.">
  • Act as the operational focal point with Chambers for all matters related to the operation, including consultation of SIMIs, LNA, analysis of regulations, etc.">
  • Responsible for analyzing news in regulations and communicating changes to impacted areas.">
  • Close interaction with Business planning organization and procurement to guarantee the approval of SIMIs/LNA.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in International Trade Operations, preferably with focus on Import License Management and Government Agencies reports preparation.

Critical competencies required for success include interpersonal and teamwork effectiveness, initiative, problem-solving and analytical skills, customer orientation, and organization.
