Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Survey Programmer/Associate Team Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in training, coaching, and developing team members while ensuring project delivery. As an ambassador for the business, you will work closely with senior leadership, identifying clear outcomes and effectively communicating with clients. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in dealing with complex surveys, and you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients with Walr technology products
  • Managing the information cascade to senior leadership, highlighting key outcomes
  • Programming online questionnaires based on client-provided material, including survey scripting, quotas, translations, and reporting
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to deliver projects that meet client needs, on time, and within quality standards
  • Providing consultative services, suggesting improvements to survey design, flow, and tackling challenges
  • Delivering high-quality work, thoroughly tested and checked
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Collaborating as a strong team member and assisting others when needed
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, assisting the manager in work delegation, mentoring, and team management
Desired Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience using the Decipher/Forsta Surveys programming platform or similar
  • Exceptional scripting/programming skills, with expertise in complex logic, least fill, conjoint, and multiple markets
  • Excellent time management, working to strict timelines and prioritizing tasks
  • Good technical skills, including Web Development skills (JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML)
  • Very good English language communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Open to working on new Survey Platforms
  • Willing to share experience and train other team members

  • Education to Degree level in Computer Science or a related field
