We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Specialist at Minnovation International AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales and Pipeline Management: Actively manage customer pipelines, drive sales, and meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Store and Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the store, back office, and test drive vehicles in perfect condition at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
- Customer Service Expertise: Proven history of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Passion for Sustainable Transportation: Share a passion for sustainable transportation solutions.
- Flexibility and Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Language Skills: Fluently speak and write in Swedish and English.
- Positive Attitude: Bring a positive attitude and energy to work every day.
