The Role

This role will be responsible for executing local marketing initiatives within a defined market, working closely with the CEM Team leader to grow brand awareness and loyalty. You will develop strong relationships with students' leaders, POS owners, and other key stakeholders to generate brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute university program execution, building relationships with students' leaders, POS owners, and generating brand awareness at the POS inside and outside.
• Develop and strengthen Key Accounts Relationships, increase market knowledge, and build Centers of Influence Network.
• Support commercial team/TDM's with store-level execution of the University plan.
• Maintain the brand appearance, wear proper uniform, and keep hygiene habits personal image as suggested on the training manual.

Requirements:

• Preferred field of study: Marketing, Business, or Sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Promotional Experience, Promotions, Marketing, or Field Marketing.
• Clean driving record.
