About the Role

Betsson Group is seeking a seasoned VIP Key Account Manager to lead our commercial team and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an exclusive portfolio of VIPs, monitoring their activity, and seeking new potential VIPs.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement a local VIP strategy, aligned with the global VIP strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an exclusive portfolio of VIPs
  • Monitor VIP activity and seek new potential VIPs
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement the local VIP strategy
  • Ensure existing best practices and procedures are followed, increasing productivity and efficiency within the team
  • Responsible for managing VIP targets, spend, and bonus costs
  • Collaborate with Commercial managers, Marketing, and CRM teams to gain full visibility of customer journeys and communications

Requirements

  • Native level communication ability in Spanish and English, both in speaking and writing
  • Pro-active, goal-oriented, and numbers-driven individual
  • Strong industry background in VIP, with experience in managing teams and multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
