We are Techunting, a cutting-edge Fintech company that is constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation. Our Engineering team is at the forefront of this revolution, and we are seeking an exceptional Senior Node.js Software Engineer to join us.
As a Tech Lead in our JavaScript development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product platform. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions, you will be responsible for independently analyzing complex problems and providing innovative solutions using technology that fits best.
We are looking for someone with a passion for writing high-quality code and a proven track record of delivering results. You will have the opportunity to work on a leading-edge technology solutions platform primarily on web and server-side applications, leveraging modern UI frameworks and cloud-based infrastructure like AWS.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Quality, and Operational teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of products. Your expertise in software development process, test-driven development, and object-oriented design skills will be invaluable assets to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering effort in the area of ownership, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work on software development initiatives of high scope/complexity, gathering requirements, decomposing into stories, and delivering working software that solves the problem presented.
- Collaborate with technical support and operation teams to ensure timely resolution of all production issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude at work, ensuring a high morale in the team, and aligning behaviors with core values of the company.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
- A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent hands-on training course.
- Strong experience with Multithreading/Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud-based solution is highly preferred.
- Expertise in NodeJS and strong knowledge of basics like Enums, Annotations, Generics, Auto boxing, Loops, Rest APIs, Serialization, Synchronization, Concurrency, Reflection, Frameworks/ORM tools, Presentation Frameworks, Databases, Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
