Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality software systems and solutions architecture using .NET or Java, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to a consistent architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software systems, leveraging your expertise in API design patterns and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical design and operations of our platforms, ensuring security, availability, and technology strategy objectives are met.
- Investigate issues and recommend solutions, providing consultation and education on capabilities, methodology, and design standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for these standards, driving consistency across our development teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages and/or database management and modeling.
- High proficiency in leading large-scale projects and communicating progress with technical peers and clients.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET or Java, 4+ years working with APIs, and 3+ years using C# to design, develop, and test RESTful APIs with JSON payloads.
- Good understanding of NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Cosmos DB) and some experience with relational DBMS.
- Experience with at least one public cloud such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
