About the Role

Creamos Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our internal team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobile App Development: Design and develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for millions of Android/iOS users using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with design teams to bring pixel-perfect UI/UX designs to life while optimizing for performance and responsiveness.
  • State Management and API Integration: Utilize best practices in Flutter state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc) to ensure scalable and maintainable code, and implement and consume RESTful APIs efficiently.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Propose testing processes to ensure App reliability and quality, and create reusable widgets and components.
  • Architectural Direction and Documentation: Develop the architectural direction for a backend system, organize and document the project and code efficiently, and ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
  • Bug Fixing and Performance Optimization: Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile apps developed using Flutter and Dart.
  • UI/UX Expertise: Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in translating designs into responsive, high-performance mobile applications.
  • API Knowledge: Strong knowledge of APIs (GraphQL and others).
  • Mobile Development Life-Cycle: Solid understanding of the full mobile development life-cycle, including automated testing, build processes, etc.
  • Language Proficiency: C1 English and native Spanish.
  • Mobile App Architecture: Experience with mobile app architecture design and optimization.
  • App Store and Play Store: Experience in submitting mobile applications to Play Store and App Store.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control tools (like Git/Bitbucket).
  • Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and team working skills; with abilities to collaborate well with remote cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with FlutterFlow.
