We're seeking a diligent Associate, Global Content Finance to join our esteemed team. This role demands a collaborative spirit and technical prowess, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial stability through production oversight and control.
Primary Responsibilities
- Forge strong connections with third-party production companies to produce exceptional local content.
- Monitor and analyze budget and cost reports to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement production finance best practices across the globe.
- Manage funding for production service companies and process ATL payroll payments.
- Keep production finance information current in our systems.
- Create and disseminate budget top sheets for approval.
- Map cost reports to our chart of accounts.
- Support the onboard process for third-party production accounting teams.
- Integrate production data feeds with our accounting software.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of cost reports and budgets.
- Maintain open communication with internal teams to share findings and insights.
- Develop new technologies for enhanced production finance capabilities.

- Prior experience in production finance, production accounting, or studio environments is vital.
