The Senior Administrator/Health Safety and Environment Coordinator role at Mercedes-Benz North Shore is a unique opportunity to work for one of the largest independent vehicle dealership groups in New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the upkeep of a safe workplace, in line with a Safety Management Plan
- Ensure compliance with operational legislation
- Carry out audits and inductions as necessary
- Assist Management in meeting obligations under relevant legislation
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and emergency responses to minimize workplace hazards
- Record and investigate incidents and injuries and equipment damage
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Time management, organizational, and administrative skills
- Self-motivation and outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Experience in health and safety within the workplace
