As a Semi Senior IT Systems Engineer for Identity and Access Management, you will be part of our team that creates seamless infrastructure experiences across our IT cloud presence, Data Centers, Systems, and Networks.

The Role and Team: As an Identity and Access Management professional, you will work with internal and external vendor teams to implement and integrate platforms into our IAM infrastructure. You will also help investigate access modifications or behavioral analysis of users. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Becoming the escalation point for access and authorization across all integrated platforms that IT supports for the entire user community.
  2. Maintaining security as the utmost important goal, with user experience being right after.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, information security, and other departments to effectively align against goals, roadmap, and commitments.
  4. Being hands-on in building a high-performing world-class IT practice and providing opportunities for team members to grow and prosper in delivering technical solutions seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role working server support tasks, managing user profiles: Windows Server, Active Directory, SSO (SAML, OIDC), PKI, Compute, Virtual desktops, MDM, Scripting, API calls, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining external services including cloud and SaaS services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSI Model Layers 3-7 (HTTP, DNS, TCP, ARP, SSL, TLS) and troubleshooting capabilities.
