Key Skills
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence and a foundation in audit, financial reporting, or CFO responsibilities
• Strong GAAP, data analysis, and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with Private Equity groups preferred
• Ability to perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
