About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Analyst to join our team. As an Energy Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our Energy and Environment department with administrative tasks, including billing, metering, invoicing, and site acquisition processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Energy and Environment department with all administration tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare data and submission information for our energy compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Produce and manage monthly/quarterly reports on energy usage for key sites and fascias across different territories.
  • Work closely with the Finance and Property teams to resolve store and supplier queries, ensuring efficient resolution and meeting required deadlines.
  • Act as a lead for data requirements for Group climate reporting.
  • Support energy and carbon reduction initiatives through supplier management and future capex programs.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree with strong numeric and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Confidence in owning problems/issues, proposing solutions, and achieving deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage workload, contributing to team success.
  • Diligence in assessing and scrutinizing key reports and work, striving for quality and attention to detail.
  • Motivation to develop existing skills and learn new processes and systems.
