Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Plan Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings that serve as the blueprint for our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using Revit software.
- Draft layouts, elevations, and sections for remodels, additions, and new construction projects.
- Assist in rendering plans into 3D using Revit software.
- Ensure all drawings align with project requirements and are suitable for city approval.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Revit Drafter in the residential construction or architecture industry.
- Strong understanding of residential construction projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with design and project teams.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of Q10,000 per year. The role involves working from home in Guatemala, with regular communication and collaboration with our team.
