As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. You will provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to our retail sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily store operations to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store operations.
- Coach and develop store team members to perform at a high level, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with other store leaders and staff to create synergies and ensure efficient processes are in place.
- Maintain a store environment that aligns with established planograms and ensures current branding collateral is visible and functional.
- Ensure all inventory requirements are carried out effectively, including stocking, returning, and organizing.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services, as well as best practices related to sales processes, store schedules, and customer engagement.
- 5-7 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
