**Job Overview**
We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Cordoba, Argentina. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile application backend.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the entire backend for mobile application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance;
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Architect, design, and implement efficient and scalable backend application;
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices;
- Collaborate with mobile developers to integrate APIs and services;
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of development experience in backend and frontend development;
- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every challenge with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal;
- Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Github, Slack, JIRA);
- A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience;
- Experience working with React Native;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with Typescript;
- Optional: experience with GCP;
- Optional: experience with Strapi;
- You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code;
- You have a pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems;
- You have experience working in an Agile environment;
- You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room;
- You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
