About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and operations management. They will be responsible for increasing sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
  2. Team Management - Lead, develop, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high professional standards and meet monthly sales targets.
  3. Performance Management - Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  4. Customer Relationships - Meet with members to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  5. Market Knowledge - Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Experience - 1+ years of experience as a General Manager or higher.
  2. Sales Management - Proven track record of sales growth and team management.
  3. Market Knowledge - Strong understanding of the fitness industry and market trends.
  4. Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
