We're seeking a highly skilled Semi Senior React.js Developer to be part of our remote team and contribute to the development of web and mobile applications. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and develop high-quality software that meets client needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Software Development: Design and develop well-structured and efficient code with automated tests.
  2. Project Coordination: Participate in project planning, review calls, and maintain boards and story maps.
  3. Coding Standards Enforcement: Ensure high-quality code development across the company.
  4. Peer Code Review: Conduct thorough and actionable code reviews.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams on various initiatives.
  6. Tech Growth: Foster technical growth and improvement within the project and company.
  7. Team Support: Provide assistance and facilitate meaningful discussions among team members.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for projects.

Skill Requirements

  1. IT Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field.
  2. Typescript Experience: Familiarity with Typescript is advantageous.
  3. Web Dev Experience: At least 2 years of experience in developing web applications, preferably with React.
  4. HTML/CSS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  5. CSS Preprocessor Experience: Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
  6. API Expertise: Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  7. Data/State Management: Knowledge of data and state management libraries such as React Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
  8. Frontend Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing libraries like Testing Library, Cypress, Jest, or others.
  9. Server-Side Rendering: Experience with Server-Side Rendering is a plus.
  10. Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies and environments.
  11. English Language: Advanced English language skills for communication.
  12. CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
  13. Bundlers/Compilers: Familiarity with bundlers and compilers like vite, webpack, babel, parcel, gulp, grunt, or others.
