Job Summary:

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Leader to join our digital research and development software engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and building solutions on platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in designing and building metadata-driven data ingestion frameworks, as well as building SAP BO/Data Services, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SnowSQL, and Snowpipe. You will work closely with our product teams, AI strategists, and other stakeholders throughout the AI development life cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and build solutions on platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.

* Work closely with product teams, AI strategists, and other stakeholders throughout the AI development life cycle.

* Build and maintain data development standards and principles, provide guidance and project-specific recommendations as appropriate.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the design and implementation of data engineering solutions.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in designing and building metadata-driven data ingestion frameworks.

* Experience building SAP BO/Data Services, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SnowSQL, and Snowpipe.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering products in a production environment.
