Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our digital simulation team for product development and validation in the field of xEV computational studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive modeling and simulations, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Inspire Digital Simulation Teams

Lead and inspire a team of digital simulation experts to develop and validate xEV systems, including battery, charging, and high voltage wiring harness.

Ensure On-Time Delivery and Quality

Ensure that performance evaluations and countermeasures are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.

Drive Innovations

Drive innovations in process, product, and business to stay ahead of the competition.

Coordinate with Stakeholders

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal and external teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

People Management and Career Development

Responsible for the people management and career development of the team members.

Act as a First Point of Escalation

Act as a first point of escalation for all project and business-related queries.

Align with Organization Strategy

Ensure alignment and implementation of projects and programs in line with the organization's strategy.

Lead Cross-Functional Activities

Lead cross-functional activities and collaborate with the leadership team as needed.

Flexible Travel

Flexible to travel globally to participate in technical and management discussions.

Connect with Academia and Industrial Ecosystem

Connect with academia and the industrial ecosystem to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in Automotive Fluid Flow/Thermal/Electrical/Chemical/Multiphysics Simulations

Extensive experience in automotive fluid flow, thermal, electrical, chemical, and multiphysics simulations in an OEM or Tier-1/2 environment.

Good Understanding of Functional Performance Requirements

Good understanding of functional performance requirements of various automotive systems.

Strong Project Management Skills

Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, driving, and delivery.

People and Business Management Skills

People and business management skills, including at least 4+ years of experience in people management as a line manager.

Ability to Drive Innovations

Ability to drive innovations in process, product, and business.

Good Business Acumen and Inter-Personal Skills

Good business acumen and strong inter-personal skills.

Ability to Handle Multiple Stakeholders

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and experience working with global/local teams.
