Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SD Consultant for Order to Cash Process Optimization to join our team. As an Order to Cash expert, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes of global customers, ensuring seamless integration with other modules in SAP S/4HANA / ECC.
">About the Role
">You will work closely with IT managers and executives to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, providing individual high-quality support to customers based on a value delivery approach. Your key responsibilities will include:
">- Analyzing business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Safeguarding and optimizing Order to Cash processes and their integration with other modules in SAP S/4HANA / ECC
- Providing remote or onsite support in critical customer situations, such as Global Escalations or War Rooms
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in the SD Module with strong knowledge in Sales Order Management, Variant Configuration, Pricing and Conditions, Advanced ATP, Delivery and Shipment Process, Billing Process, Condition Contract and Settlement Management. Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash Capabilities is also essential. Additional requirements include:
">- Strong knowledge in Localization areas for Order to Cash/eDocuments like Factura Electronica for Chile, Argentina, México, Perú
- Knowledge in functional integration and cross-solution issues between ERP modules like MM, EWM and TM
- Knowledge in ABAP code optimization or other technical background like SAP Integration Technologies: SAP ALE/IDocs/RFC/Web Services/REST/oData
