About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic Technical Development Manager for one of our Portfolio Companies who will manage the staff, resources, and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology fields of banking, eCommerce, and cybersecurity, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the architecture and design of new and existing productsManage the development and maintenance of new products and servicesHire and manage internal and external development teamsCoordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales and development to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
