About the Role:

El Comeback is partnering with a leading multinational company in the service industry to find a highly skilled Financial Director. This is a key position that reports directly to the General Manager of the PRs Subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the Headquarters Office, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Controllership and Cash Management: Oversee the controllership, billings, and cash management areas, ensuring compliance with all regulations and optimizing financial performance.
  • Financial Operations and Cost Management: Supervise the finance operations and cost management to ensure the financial profitability of the Corporation.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Eight plus years of experience supervising a finance and accounting team, with a strong background in USA GAAP and Sox.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, bilingual skills, and previous experience working in a matrix reporting structure and a multinational organization with financial reporting to Headquarters.
