About the Role

As a results-driven Accounting Manager, you will lead a team of 3-4 accountants in the Greater Buenos Aires area, reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager based in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close reporting
  • Verification of costs and reconciliation of subledgers to the general ledger (Cash, A/P, A/R, payroll, fixed assets, etc.)
  • Collaboration with A/P, Treasury, and cross-functional teams across the company
  • Regular communication with the Senior Accounting Manager and staff
  • Preparation of internal and external financial statements
  • Assessment and improvement of accounting operations, implementing new processes as needed
  • Development and monitoring of metrics to evaluate accounting effectiveness
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Leadership and growth of a strong accounting team
