Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at InvGate co. As a key customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business processes and mapping these processes to our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Solutions: Provide technical solutions to prospects or clients for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) applications, including demos, proofs of concept, and production implementations.
- Validate Solutions: Validate the solutions offered to prospects from both a technical and project planning perspective.
- Support Sales Representatives: Support Sales Representatives during the entire sales process, from request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) to contract negotiation and closing.
- Generate Implementation Guides: Generate documents to make configuration easier, including tips on implementation best practices.
- Interface with R&D Teams: Interface between customers and our Research and Development (R&D) teams to solve complex technical or product/implementation issues.
Requirements:
- Analytical Thinking: Think analytically and have a strong understanding of business processes.
- Education: Hold or be working towards a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Client-Facing Skills: Enjoy working with clients, have good energy, and are empathetic.
- Previous Experience: Have previous experience in software implementation, particularly ITSM or ITIL.
- Language Skills: Be bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Previous experience using InvGate products.
