Job Overview:
This role involves working closely with our IT operations team to design, implement, and maintain cloud services and solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our cloud infrastructure and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud services and solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and service delivery.
- Document processes and procedures to communicate clearly and share knowledge.
- Mentor junior support staff to improve their technical skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cloud technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cloud services and solutions, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and strong proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, security principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with ITSM and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
