Hospitality Portfolio Supervisor

As a Luxury Property Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission by overseeing our portfolio of properties and ensuring exceptional hospitality standards.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who excels in hospitality and property management. You will be responsible for managing property operations, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

1. Guest Experience Management: Collaborate with our concierge team to provide world-class hospitality services, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
2. Property Operations and Maintenance: Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, implement preventative maintenance schedules, conduct routine property inspections, and manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
3. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage property budgets, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate records to optimize property performance and revenue.
4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards, implement and maintain risk management strategies, and stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements.

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, maintenance, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in guest relations and property operations.
3. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in property management software.
6. Bonus: Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA).
7. Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
