- Provide expert legal guidance on compliance with Argentina and regional LATAM regulations, particularly in the payments sector.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes, ensuring the company's operations remain compliant with regulatory bodies.
- Continuously monitor updates and changes in local and regional regulations, especially within the payments ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the payments industry and with companies regulated by the BCRA.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal advisory in the payments or fintech sectors is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Argentine and LATAM regulatory frameworks, particularly in relation to payments, financial services, and digital banking.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements and to monitor changes in regulations at both the local and regional level.
