About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Operations Manager to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain SOPs and frameworks for program governance, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  2. Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, representing the Google business and MCCP program's vision to internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  3. Manage program evaluation and evolution by tracking and analyzing KPIs, implementing continuous improvement practices, and overseeing complex business analyses to support data-driven results.
  4. Produce and maintain project plans and scope requirement documentation for all aspects of the program.
  5. Support reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between MCCP team and internal stakeholders.
  6. Drive engagement with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  7. Own and manage MCCP Program knowledgebase, creating, maintaining, and enhancing training materials.
  8. Oversee change management activities and communications, driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves over time.
  9. Lead the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level.
Requirements
  1. More than 5 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Planning Strategy, Sales Operations.
  2. Advanced Excel / Google sheets and being comfortable with large sets of data.
  3. Experience with CRM and billing systems such as Salesforce.
  4. Experience in enterprise GTM or Sales Ops role.
  5. Experience in Cloud Ecosystem.
  6. IT/Sales/GTM/SaaS background is nice to have.
  7. Advanced English.
