At Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated Billing and Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer account billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable & Billing:
  • Set up subscriptions and invoices using Stripe, Shopify, and HubSpot payment processing systems.
  • Manage inbound billing phone calls, emails, and chats with customers.
  • Proactively call unengaged, non-paying customers to bring their hardware online or process account churn.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and actively collect feedback.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer conversations and interactions in the company's CRM, HubSpot.
  • Assist with customer escalations and utilize de-escalation tactics to retain accounts.
  • Monitor and issue monthly invoices to clients and process customer cancellations.
