We're looking for an IT Compliance and Risk Management professional to join our team at AlixPartners GmbH in Buenos Aires. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our clients' data, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing compliance programs.
Risk Identification and Mitigation:
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with e-discovery, including data breaches, confidentiality issues, and regulatory non-compliance.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of these risks.
Compliance Program Development:
- Design and implement compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine compliance processes.
Your Background:
- A minimum of eight years of experience in IT compliance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.
- Familiarity with industry-standard e-discovery software, including Relativity, Brainspace, and MDM.
