About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health, PLLP. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance the mission of Ellie Mental Health.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Manage a caseload that ensures a minimum of 25 completed client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, with or without licensure in the designated field.
  • New Mexico-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMSW, etc.)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.
