We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant with expertise in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Utilize NetSuite to maintain financial records and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Support variance analysis and help recommend actionable process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant certifications preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite (similar accounting software is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
  • Experience with accrual accounting and cash flow management.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
