Job Description:This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their compliance needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and prioritizing client issues, and coordinating the delivery of timely and accurate solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions to clients.
- Providing comprehensive training to clients on our software solution.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a compliance or tax environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
