Job Overview

The Supply Chain Planning Manager will oversee the development and implementation of demand and supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels.

This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional Excel expertise, and experience navigating seasonal fluctuations in demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand & Supply Planning: Develop and manage demand and supply planning strategies to optimize inventory.
  • Forecast marketing spend, revenue, and contribution margin to align supply chain with financial targets.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews with the Head of Marketing to adjust inventory and marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking

  • Build Excel-based dashboards to track sales, inventory, and supply chain performance.
  • Maintain and improve key financial planning tools, including Master PO Tracking Sheet, COGS & BOM Pricing Sheets, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Sheet.

Order Management

  • Oversight of purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Communication with suppliers to track production timelines and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Requirements: 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or financial forecasting.
  • Proven expertise in advanced Excel & data analysis (pivot tables, forecasting models).
  • Experience in managing seasonal demand fluctuations.
