Your Responsibilities
Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives. Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes. Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements.
What We're Looking For
A self-starter, independent-thinker, curious and creative person with ambition and passion. Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team. Project management experience in an engineering/test environment. Good understanding of Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and database concepts. Ideally, you'll also have Lean certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
