Responsibilities:

  • Risk Event Management & Data Breach Management
  • Regional Audit coordination and management
  • Regional Risk and Control Forum representation
  • Resiliency planning, testing, and annual reviews
  • OSA and Charter Management
  • Quality Assurance: Continually develop and enhance testing program; trend analysis to identify training opportunities
  • Support testing (e.g. original documentation, KYC control testing) to validate control effectiveness
  • CORE (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) Substantiation and Testing
  • Coordinate training and attestations on key control tasks (e.g. validation of KYC) and in response to identified issues
  • Testing and Controls Management & Reporting
  • Process improvement: streamlining of controls and overall enhancement of controls framework through collaboration with functional partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with program management, executive presentations, and advanced analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Wholesale Payments and client onboarding advantageous
  • Advanced attention to detail with proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
  • Flexible, quickly adapts to changes in the work environment, and manages competing priorities to achieve the most effective results
